NCSU Student Registration and Health Information Page
Welcome to North Country Supervisory Union online registration!
Returning students must complete the “Annual Student Update” through our online system each school year regardless of grade level or previous school year attendance. The annual verification process begins each year in July/August. Families will receive information on how to complete the student information update process from their school during the month of August.
Please read carefully so that you select the correct registration links for your child. Please see below for the Health information.

Annual Student Update
We are excited to announce that online registration will soon be available for the 2018-2019 school year! This year you will be able to access the registration page via the PowerSchool Parent Portal for any of your children who have previously attended school in the North Country Supervisory Union. Detailed instructions are below for creating a PowerSchool account if you don’t already have one, adding an additional child to an existing account and accessing the registration page once you are logged into your PowerSchool account. Below are some commonly asked questions regarding the registration/update process.
Do I have to answer all the questions?
Questions marked with a red asterisk (*) are required.
What if I make a mistake?
If you would like to make a change, click on the underlined field or click “Prev” to return to a previous page.
I’ve completed the form, now what?
When you have finished entering your information, click “Submit.” This will send all of the information you’ve entered to the school. If you cannot click on this button, you will need to make sure that you have answered all required questions.
What if I have more than one student in the district? Do I need to do this for each child?
Yes, because you’ll need to provide information that is specific for each child. We recommend that you submit one form and then start another – this will allow you to “snap over” shared family information, which will save you time.

North Country Supervisory Union Schools has recently installed the SNAP Health Parent Portal for parents/guardians to review and update their children's health information. Once your child is pre-registered/registered and you have provided an email address, each school's Nurse can assign the primary caregiver access to the SNAP Health Parent Portal. When the email address is assigned, the primary caregiver will receive a password from this sender, email@example.com, to login to the SNAP Health Parent Portal. Please do not delete this email!
Once the email with the password is received, please go to this website: https://www.studentehr.com, and use your email address and the password provided to login. Once you have logged in, you have the option to change your password.
